Metacognition

Metacognition is when you are thinking about your thinking. Metacognition helps us givee more detail into our thoguhts and there are two types of metacognition. The first type of metacognition is metacognition conversation, this type of conversation helps you find out small details of your thoguhts. The other type of metacognition is thinking out loud. When you think outloud it helps you have more creativity. Metacognition helps us a lot and from metacognition we can find details from different things.
